Enrollment Process
This application represents a request for admission. It is not binding upon the applicant or John Boner Neighborhood Centers. Should John Boner Neighborhood Centers be able to accept the student, a place will be reserved. Registered youth who cannot be enrolled immediately will be placed on a waiting list and be contacted as soon as a space opens.

EDGE Program Agreements
John Boner Neighborhood Centers collects information on its program participants not only to comply with funder requirements, but to track the effectiveness and improve the quality of our programs. Similarly, we have developed standards of conduct to ensure that our programs operate efficiently and that both our program participants and our staff remain safe.

To that end, participation in John Boner Neighborhood Centers' EDGE Program requires your agreement to each of the policies below:

Attendance Policy
Discipline Policy
Transportation Policy

The link to these agreements will be available for you only after your child has been offered a space and you have created an online user account. If you choose not to complete these agreements, your child will not be eligible for enrollment in the EDGE Program. Applicants will be allowed to attend the program only after all forms have been completed and returned.

Please note that you must complete the enrollment process for EACH child interested in participating in the EDGE Programs.

Guardian Information

JBNC's EDGE Program collects Guardian and Household Composition information as part of its data requirements.

If you already participate in one or more JBNC Program(s), you may have already provided such information. In that case, please indicate in the space provided below. If you have not participated in one of our programs, you will be asked to provide this information after your child has been admitted into the program, at the same time you receive the previously mentioned EDGE Program Agreements. Household information will include the number and names of additional household members, and the combined total income of all adults residing in the household.
